Personal coaching is a process where the coach assists the client in achieving desired changes in life. If you are looking to change direction, feeling directionless, feeling blocked, or just want to move up a level in your quality of life coaching will help you. Personal coaching has a strong spiritual component. The spirituality in coaching is based on the spiritual orientation of the client. High respect and understanding is given to all spiritual paths. Create positive change in o career, o finance, o physical wholeness, o spiritual direction, o relationships, or in o seeking a life partner. The number of sessions required depends on the readiness of the client. Some coaching processes require one meeting and some require up to ten. Sessions may be in person or by phone. Costs range from $80 to $150 per hour depending on logistics. For example, if all sessions are held by phone they are less expensive than meetings held in person.
